Mild steel fabrication

Find below a small selection of the bespoke mild steel fabrications we have manufactured.

The above conveyor system was fabricated from mild steel in our workshops based in Cambridgeshire. This system is 40 metres long complete with 48 working stations comprising of tables and waste chutes.

This cone and motorized paddle unit was fabricated in 2008, it’s used to collect the onion skins as part of a cyclone extraction system. All 3 units are mild steel and the overall high is 2.5 metres.

This mild steel elevator complete with leg sets is used to transfer carrots from a crown grader to a length grader.

The fabrication above holds and dispenses plastic pellets at a recycling plant, this unit is 5 metres tall by1.5m square, Complete with various transitions and divider to get the product to desired positions for the pipe outlets.

Mild steel square to round, a breeches piece and lobster back bends were involved in reaching the correct positions for the pipe outlets

The above mild steel tanks was part of a large water filtration system

This mild steel machine guard was fabricated to be positioned around a large milling machine.

This mild steel fabrication was used to direct plastic pellets from one holding tank to another.

Mild steel hopper was used to control the water overflow from the water cleaning unit.
