Belted Conveyors
Conveyors of this type, constructed of stainless steel, are often used in busy packaging warehouses. The gravity rollers are mounted from the side of the conveyors allowing the operatives to pick the product from the racking system located behind them & placing the product in a plastic tote bin positioned on the rollers. This would then be either moved along to the next packaging station or placed onto the center conveyors to be transferred to the dispatch area of the warehouse.

- Side and centre tracking on the underside of the belt to prevent the conveyors belt from drifting into the conveyors side frame

Bottle Labelling line
We’re looking forward to this new project planned to start in the new year. This project will involve 3 front and rear label applicator machines and 3 conveyors, also utilising a rotary table. This packaging line will be used on a variety of products from essential oils to cleaning products.
